Here’s how it works.
First, you begin by reading up on what tour you think your lucky recipient will enjoy most. Once you’ve decided that aunt Terry will enjoy the Taco Tour, or that Grandpa will like expanding his horizons on the Alt Eats tour, click the “buy now” button under that tour. You can also choose the Wildcard Gift Certificate or one of the packages if you aren’t sure which tour they’ll enjoy. Enter your contact information when purchasing the gift certificate.
Once payment is completed, you will receive an email with a gift certificate redemption code and a link to print a PDF gift certificate that you can customize and present to your lucky tour recipient. Whenever they wish to claim their gift tour, the recipient can schedule their tour on the website using their redemption code. Gift certificates must be redeemed within two years of your purchase date, and the selected tour must have open spaces available at the time of the scheduling.
The Wildcard Gift certificate allows the recipient to choose any of the 11 regular itineraries. The only tour that it does not cover is the brunch tour.
I just got a certificate. What next?
Please check our calendar and choose a date. If you have a gift certificate purchased before November 15th 2015 please fill in the redeem gift certificate form on our website (there is a button on the front page). We will need to know the name of the person who purchased the gift certificate. If you have a gift certificate purchased after 11/16/2015 please follow the link to purchase tickets and enter your code where it says Add promo or discount code.
If you have a Wildcard Gift certificate it can be used for any of our 10 regular itineraries. The only tour that it does not cover is the brunch tour. We will let you know if we have space available on that date and confirm when and where to meet for the tour. If you have any questions you can either email us or give us a call at 614.440.3177
Please let us know if anyone in your party has any dietary restrictions when you make your reservation.
