I have written about a couple of the North Market cooking classes I attended in February but so far I have not mentioned the two Dine Originals Chef Series classes. I was privileged to attend classes taught by James Beard Award nominee Kent Rigsby of Rigsby’s Kitchen and one of my favorite chef’s in the city Alana Shock of Alana’s.
