If there’s one question we’re asked more frequently than any other on our tours, it’s this – what’s your Favorite Restaurant? For the two of us, the answer has remained the same: Kihachi. We love Japanese food, we think Chef Mike prepares it better than anyone else in town, and as such Kihachi has become our restaurant of choice for celebrating milestones.
We’ll be back to Kihachi soon, since we’ll be celebrating Columbus Food Adventure’s 5th anniversary, and we’d like for one of you and a partner to join us for an all expenses-paid multi-course chef’s choice (what the Japanese call ‘omakase‘) dining experience.
So here’s the deal: We’ve been partnering with CRIS (Community Refugee and Immigration Services) to raise funds to aid them in the exceptional services they provide the refugee and immigrant community. Donate $25 or more to CRIS during July, and you’ll be entered to win a dinner for two, with us, at Kihachi. If you win, you and a guest will join us for an all expenses-paid (approximate value $300) meal that we believe to be one of the peak dining experiences in the city.
To enter, please visit the CRIS website and click on the Columbus Food Adventures logo.
Small print:
  • Dinner will be scheduled on a mutually convenient date with the winner sometime in August 2015.
  • You may enter more than once, but each donation must be over $25
  • The winner will be drawn by CRIS on August 1st.
  • Community Refugee and Immigration Services has been an independent 501(c)(3) organization since 1999.
