Thanksgiving in Columbus 2024

 

If you’re trying to figure out where to go for dinner, want to outsource dessert, or just aren’t up for cooking the whole feast from scratch, we have options for you.

Below we’ve created a list of purveyors with Thanksgiving offerings and have organized them into the following categories: dine in, prepared carryout meals, turkeys both cooked and uncooked, and pies and baked goods. Please feel free to add other suggestions in the comments.

Dine In:

  • The Guild House will be open on the holiday 10am-8pm serving a prix fixe Thanksgiving menu as well as their regular menu.  $55 per person | $89 per person with wine pairings
    Brunch and dinner menus will also be available. Menu link.
  • Tucci’s is open from 11am-8pm and offering a 3 course Thanksgiving dinner (with alternative entree options). Reservations required. Menu link.
  • Lindey’s have an a la carte menu which does include turkey and plenty of other options. It is offered for lunch and dinner. Menu link.
  • Nicola will be open offering a la carte and traditional menu, including roasted turkey breast, duck confit and Tuscan fennel sausage & ciabatta stuffing. Details on their Instagram.
  • Valter’s at the Maennechor is offering dine in on Thanksgiving from 11am-7pm. (menu on Instagram). Valter’s at the Maennechor is also offering carry out meals.

Prepared Carryout meals:

Be aware that some meals include dessert and some do not and you will want to order dessert separately.

  • Cameron Mitchell Thanksgiving in a Box feeds 10 people and is priced at $425. You can also add a flower arrangement. They are also offering an a la carte menu. Menu link. Pick up on Wednesday, November 27
  • Chapmans Eat Market are offering two sizes of their Thanksgiving feast. A “small” package for 4-8 people and a “large” package for 8-12. The small package will be $300 and the large will be $450. Order deadline is Friday November 15th. Menu and Ordering. Note that the turkey is uncooked with instructions.
  • The Refectory  is offering a 4 course home dinner menu for Thanksgiving priced at $140 for two people. Menu link. Pick up November 27th. You can also add optional wine and bread.
  • Ray Ray’s is accepting Thanksgiving orders through November 23rd and has a variety of options including smoked turkey, ham and ribs as well as the ‘ultimate package’. Pick up in Clintonville, Granville or Westerville.
  • Weiland’s has heat and eat Thanksgiving dinner available $22.99 per person (minimum of 4 people) available to pick up November 25-27th. Pre order by Friday 18th 7pm. Menu Link.
  • Littleton’s Market has an a la carte approach to thanksgiving with a wide variety of proteins and sides including duck and goose. Order details.

 

 

Turkeys cooked and uncooked

  • Smoked on High. are offering smoked turkey available by the pound (2lb minimum) and have a kosher turkey option this year.
  • Ray Ray’s also offer a la carte smoked turkey (see above).
  • Littleton’s Market are also offering smoked turkeys this year. Details.

Pies and Baked Goods

  • Kolache Republic has dinner rolls, pumpkin pie cinnamon rolls and other sweet kolaches for pick up on November 27th. Order here.
  • Several Cameron Mitchell locations (including The Pearl, The Barn and Cap City) will offer whole pies and cakes to-go for your Thanksgiving meal at home. Details here.
  • Bake Me Happy is taking Thanksgiving orders for pies, pie crust and pumpkin rolls and they’ll have you covered for all your gluten free needs. link.
  • Pattycake Bakery  has a holiday menu with pies and take and bake sticky buns! Keep them in mind if you are catering for any vegans this holiday. Link.
  • Dough Mama has their menu posted and it includes 5 sweet pies as well as some savory baked goods. menu link.
  • Dan The Baker will be open Tuesday and Wednesday with breads, rolls and seasonal items – plus new gelato. (see items available).
  • Pistacia Vera has a delicious pear cranberry almond tart, pumpkin pecan dacquoise and other baked goods available to order.
  • Kittie’s has three pies available for Thanksgiving with pick up in Bexley, Worthington and German Village. Order by 11/22. Order link.
  • Ohio Pies has a variety of pies to choose from with pick up at Bexley Natural Market on 11/27.  Order by November 18th. Order link.
  • Three Bites Bakery has some less traditional options for Thanksgiving, including black sesame chococlate pie with orange whipped cream and persimmon tiramisu. Order by 11/26 at noon. Link.
  • Shephard Baking Co. has pies, tarts, cookies and stuffing kits for your Thanksgiving table. Pick up in Clintonville on 11/27.  Order here.
  • Katzinger’s Delicatessen are taking orders for their pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin roll. Order by telephone by November 19th. Instagram.
  • Angie’s Rainbow Cookies have a Thanksgiving platter for $55. website.
  • The Buckeye Lady has some fun seasonally inspired flavors including pumpkin spice stuffed buckeyes and caramel apples stuffed buckeyes. website.

Other shopping

For potatoes, herbs, vegetables, squash mushrooms and apples, maple syrup and much more we encourage you to support your local farmers markets and small independent grocery stores. The Clintonville and German Village Farmers Markets will be open outdoors through November 23rd and the Worthington Farmers Market is now open at their indoor winter location. We’re also fans of the small but mighty Beechwold Farm Market which recently expanded their days to include Sundays.
