I think the escargot on a stick from the Claremont sounds very interesting. Definitely thinking outside the box on that one.

  2. Really, it all sounds very, very good, but the Chorizo Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Bacon with Cabrales Blue Cheese Sauce sounds fantastic. I am also attracted to and raising an eyebrow at “Escargot on a stick”.

  3. Mmmm it all sounds so yummy! Id really like to try the tenderloin of beef on toasted rye crostini with black garlic 🙂

  4. This morning, the Chilled Corn Gazpacho with a Lobster & Caviar Garnish at Luce’ Enoteca sounds amazing. Kinda odd for 10 AM, right? =) I had a hard time choosing!

  5. Escargot on a Stick. It sounds like a nice blend of a refined dish and Fair food. But, who am I kidding. I would each all of it. 🙂

Mmm, this specialty from The Elevator sounds delicious: Elevator Crab Cakes with Dijon-Lemon Beurre Blanc & Spicy Remoulade

But I’d have to try all of the bakery too!!

  7. This dish looks AMAZING!!! I would love to try it! Thanks for posting the food prior to the event.

I’ve been dying to try Luce Enoteca and both of their offerings look delicious. Bacon wrapped dates with blue cheese…uh…YUM!!!

  9. I’m most excited about the “Doughssants” (I’ve never even heard of one before but combining two delciious things has got to be even more scrumpdillyicious. Cucumber & Honeydew Melon Soup Shooters also sounds great!

    Wow – amazing event!

I’d most like to try the escargot from The Clarmont, since I’ve never had it, always wanted to try it, but am too cheap to fork over those big duckets on something I might hate. (It’s unlikely, but ya never know.) Other than that, it seems there are a couple/three “Tours of Cheese” that I’d definitely like to investigate, and I can’t say there there is a single thing on the menu that I wouldn’t at least give a chance. Some really amazing bites listed on there!

    Thanks!

If I won free tickets to Taste the Future, I would probably run straight to G. Michael’s for their shrimp and grits. I was born and raised in Columbus, but I’m a southern girl at heart 🙂

  12. Sounds like a great event!

I have to say Auddino Bakery’s “doughssant” absolutely intrigues me. If done correctly if could be heaven. Also the Refectory’s scallop pomponnette sounds divine.

The Refectory’s Scallop Pomponnette with Sauce Bonne Femme sounds amazing. I’m so embarrassed that I haven’t been there yet.
