Stir Fried Bok Choi

Another Veganomicon recipe and still one of my favorites. Very simple, and it works with all sorts of Asian greens. Tender greens, ginger, toasted sesame seeds and crispy shallots.  This time I made it with baby bok choi from the Greener Grocer. Over the summer I used a variety of different greens from Toad Hill Farm.
